Description
Propulsion is provided by a propeller system with direct management of speed up to 8 km/h and dredge orientation. Boom with fine sand dredging pump and suction and refluent cutter disruptor, horizontal axis centrifuge with 200 mm suction port, 150 mm pressure port and an output of 250 m3/h of mixture. 500-mm-diameter cutter breaker with cutting blades mounted on the suction side of the pump and a 500-liter “bucket” type dredging bucket.
Upon delivery of the dredge will be provided to the customer:
– Completely updated master plan.
– Machine tubular diagram.
– Hull tubular diagram.
– Operation and Maintenance Manual.
– Navigability of the R.I.Na.
Also added to the supply are:
– 135 m of PE piping with diam. outer 180 mm and a thickness of 8.6 mm complete with movable and fixed steel flanges, galvanized folders and joint bolts.
– No. 42 superlinear molded PE floats complete with screws, galvanized hardware and spacers.
– No. 6 rubber hoses DN 150×250 with anti-abrasive para underlay, metal flanged sleeves with moving and fixed steel flanges, vulcanized and embedded.
