The CHUB 7200/2400 is a boat that was created and developed to facilitate the cutting and harvesting of algae on inland bodies of water (lakes, rivers, waterways, etc.), but can be adapted and modified for operation at sea. Mowers, placed along the side walls and on the lower longitudinal of the recovery belt, allow cutting at different depths and heights:
Cutting width: 1.4 m.
Cutting Depth: 1.5 m.
The recovery belt discharges the mow into a large storage deck:
Storage Bridge Volume: 8 to 12 m3.
The driver’s seat is placed, sideways, on the storage deck in order to facilitate visibility during cutting and to keep the quantities of recovered seaweed under control at all times.
The propulsion of the vehicle is provided by two hooded blades and a 30-hp, 4-cylinder, water-cooled, closed-loop engine with radiator.
