“OCEANIC”

The “Altura” type ZPN-180s marketed by Zenit Ambiente are made in order to be fully compatible with the technical specifications of Mannesmann and Tacconi type barriers. In addition, the materials used in the manufacture and construction of the inflatable barriers meet the specifications of the Ministry of the Environment. ZPN-180 Inflatable Barriers are particularly suitable for the construction of offshore barrages. High buoyancy reserve and easy towing enable its good maneuverability even in rough seas. Due to their light weight and maneuverability, it is easily and quickly positioned. Moreover, thanks to its small volume (when deflated) it is just as easily stowed in small spaces. Made of a special high-quality neoprene fabric with excellent mechanical strength characteristics, impervious to chemical pollutants, these construction features make them suitable for use in extreme temperatures as well. Coupling between the various barriers is provided by ASTM-type quick-connect connections made of marinized aluminum alloy 60/63. Ballasting is by means of stainless steel weights with snap hooks where, if necessary, an additional galvanized ballast chain can be attached (supply of galvanized chain is an optional extra). The valves are made of plastic material with Monsun-type non-return systems.
