ABSORBENT BARRIERS B12/500

BARRIERS B12/500 – B20/500 are handmade products. The materials that make them up are scrupulously selected to ensure the artifact will last for a long time in both fresh and salt water. They are supplied in standard 5 m segments. Each segment is assembled to the next by joining the snap hooks and eyelets until the desired length is reached. These barriers are suitable for emergency response and temporary barrages even in current. They also have the property of not returning absorbed oils and ensures that they are contained, continuing to float, even if full saturation is reached. They consist of a central core made of a special oleophilic water-repellent ZENIT® Pulp polypropylene staple conditioned inside a tubular made of sturdy reinforced mesh that does not hinder the absorbent action, but at the same time prevents the staple from escaping. The construction details, the materials selected and the care with which the barriers are packaged make these products among the most reliable in terms of use, effectiveness and durability.
