ALIFOS L Antiscalant- Anticorrosive
Alifos L is a special food-grade liquid formulation based on condensed inorganic phosphates with a very high condensation number; it is used in drinking water treatment and in industry, in all cases where cold and hot water distribution networks, plants and machines need to be protected from lime deposits, metal oxide deposits (iron and manganese) and corrosion phenomena.
- Prevents precipitation of calcium and magnesia.
- It keeps the ions of heavy metals such as IRON and MANGANESE in solution.
- Avoids or greatly diminishes damage caused by aggressive and corrosive waters through the formation of a protective iron-phosphate-calcium film.
Description
EMPLOYMENT
Method: Alifos L is added continuously as is or after dilution, to the water to be treated by proportional metering pumps. Dosage: the exact amounts of use are determined according to the chemical and physical characteristics of the water. Approximately 30 to 50 g/m3 of water to be treated.
STANDARDS OF USE AND PACKAGING
Handling: refer to the safety data sheet. Adopt the main usage precautions related to handling chemicals. Standard packaging in kg: 25 jerry cans, 200 drums, 1000 tanks. Storage: protected from intense cold and excessive heat, in a cool place and in the original packaging. The shelf life is about 8-10 months.
