BARRIER AR/70

AR/70 is a special type of barrier specially designed for protection from pollution of stretches of coastline, docks and marinas. The reef, thanks to an optimal ratio of weight to buoyancy, is able to adapt perfectly to wave motion allowing, even in adverse conditions, a good containment capacity. It is made of sturdy polyester fabric coated on both sides with PVC compound that ensures high strength characteristics over time. The artifact was designed to avoid handholds and obstacles to any accumulation of waste, so the push and ballast system was placed on one side only, so that the opposite side would ensure easy flow of pollutants.

MAINTENANCE

Given the simplicity of the barrier and the quality of the materials used, AR/70 does not require special maintenance. However, it is essential at the end of each deployment to provide a thorough cleaning before storage. For every eventuality, including tears due to adverse weather and sea conditions, our company can provide any maintenance work and provide the necessary advice for minor repairs.

USER ADVICE

AR/70, because of its technical characteristics, is able to meet the needs of the oil industry, fishing industry (fish farms, nurseries) and chemical and petrochemical industry with a balanced price/quality ratio. The artifact in place is presented as a true floating fence suitable for protection from oils and hydrocarbons, but it also finds excellent use as a floating waste barrier. The barrier is usually supplied in the color orange, but for specific uses it can also be made in other colors.
