BARRIER AR/85
AR/85 is appropriately designed to protect industrial sites, refineries, ports etc. from pollution. The barrier is supplied in 25 m pieces. The article consists of a chemical-resistant PVC sheet reinforced with polyester fibers with high mechanical strength. Buoyancy is enabled by foam elements placed in special pockets made of PVC. System stability is provided by shaped steel ballasts housed in the same pockets as the floats. The joining system of the modules with which the barrier is equipped, is universal ASTM “Z” which facilitates their separation in case of need, ensuring, however, the continuity of containment.

MAINTENANCE
Given the simplicity of the barrier and the quality of the materials used, AR/85 does not require special maintenance. However, it is essential at the end of each deployment to provide a thorough cleaning before storage. For every eventuality, including tears due to adverse weather and sea conditions, our company can provide any maintenance work and provide the necessary advice for minor repairs.
USER ADVICE
AR/85 was created to meet the needs of military arsenals, the oil industry and reclamation companies. The barrier comes with yellow main sheet and red floats.
